Corporate Skills Development: Senior Leadership and Management Skills Boot Camp

Course Overview:

Real leadership is the cornerstone of success in business or any operation, where leading others is vital to success.  We often find individual managers are adept at the processes and procedures of their job function, they may be less familiar with the “real” requirements of leadership.  Leadership provides the encouragement, motivation and energy that employees need to be able to go beyond the mere requirements of doing their jobs.  This workshop is designed to expose the participants to the techniques of leadership and to have an opportunity to apply those techniques to their own environments.

Target audience:

If you are leading an organization based on your superior technical knowledge, you may need to balance you skills by adding leadership to your personal profile.  These skills will help you take your organization from good to great. This workshop is geared towards Managers or Supervisors stepping into a Senior Management or Directorial role and requiring the Senior Management and Leadership skills necessary to create vision for the organization, and setting the direction versus implementing it in a supervisory role.
