It is said that all good leaders create good processes and successful companies have good processes. This workshop is designed to give you the tools and techniques required to have confidence in your processes, identify opportunities for process improvements, and efficiency gains. Once you have confidence in your processes, you can use this knowledge for training and orientation of staff. By matching your quality inputs with quality processes you can be assured of quality products.
Target audience:
This workshop is designed for those that have some familiarity familiar with the process because they are responsible for them, not necessarily because they have "hands-on" experience with them. Ideally participants attending will be looking to gain the critical knowledge necessary to build proper processes within their organization.
