Instructor ProfilesPat MastersPat brings extensive experience in both public and private sector organizations. She has a strong and motivational ability for finding innovative approaches to meeting management needs. Pat is highly entertaining and keeps participants engaged and enthused. Julie Garvey Julie Garvey is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) accredited by the International Association of Facilitators. She possesses a teaching certificate in adult education and is a NLP practitioner. With 10 and 15 years of experience in adult education and project management respectively, Julie can quickly and effectively analyze the impact of unclear strategy and poor business communications. Her exceptional work with non-profit, public and private sector organizations has enabled her to identify cultural and generational gaps or differences, and to provide sensitive and effective solutions.
